Question 1

What is Curbloom?

Accepted Answer

Curbloom is developing an AI-run local marketing service for independent cafes and neighborhood shops across the U.S. It is designed to find timely local opportunities, shape post drafts around each shop’s posting rules, and make the day’s activity easier to follow.

Question 2

Who is Curbloom being built for?

Accepted Answer

The intended customers are independent cafes and neighborhood shops across the United States.

Question 3

How does Curbloom find local events?

Accepted Answer

Curbloom is being designed to monitor public event calendars and surface nearby dates a shop may want to share, such as a market or street fair. Event coverage and availability may be incomplete while the service is in development; Curbloom is not a complete local calendar.

Question 4

How will drafts follow my shop’s posting rules?

Accepted Answer

Your shop’s saved tone and posting rules guide each draft. For an organic post, the owner reviews the exact copy and confirms it through the existing checkout flow before publication.

Question 5

What happens to a draft made from a discovered event?

Accepted Answer

When Curbloom discovers an event, its draft is saved for the shop owner to review. It is a draft, not a scheduled post: it is not scheduled or published automatically. If the owner chooses to publish an organic post, they review the exact copy and confirm it through the existing checkout flow.

Question 6

Can Curbloom retrieve engagement or performance data?

Accepted Answer

Curbloom can retrieve the engagement metrics Ayrshare Launch makes available for a published organic post. Availability varies by platform and post; metrics that are not returned are labeled unavailable in the shop workspace.

Question 7

Is the daily activity report available now?

Accepted Answer

A concise daily report is part of the plan, but it is not available yet. The details may change as Curbloom is developed.

Question 8

How can I talk with Curbloom about my shop?

Accepted Answer

You can email Curbloom at curbloom-th20nr@polsia.app to share a question or talk about your shop.
